At ELVAPACA, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@elvapaca.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return confirmation and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@elvapaca.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
